About the Program

A training program for non-technical fresh graduates with the purpose of building a pipeline for key operational positions in the company. We annually recruit 10 fresh graduates proactive, result-driven and good learning capacity to this program.

GDP Milestones

Induction (first 2 weeks)

Learning Holcim business overview to integrate into the company through Classroom training and Site visits.

Rotation (3 months)

Learning Holcim Value Chain through core business processes and exposed to important projects at the Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain departments.

Core Department (8.5 months)

Learning and applying technical knowledge at the core department through project work and on-the-job training

During the 12-month program, GDPs are evaluated on a monthly basis with feedback and coaching from line managers. A good performance result enhances the opportunity of a permanent job in Holcim Viet Nam after graduating from the program.

How do you benefit from the program?

Who can join in the program?

Fresh graduates of non-technical background in 2012 or 2013.

Good GPA of above 6.5/10 or 2.6/4

Good communication in both Vietnamese and English

Proactive, good capacity to learn, result-driven
