Account Manager

As an Account Manager you help our Clients gain the most benefit from their IT infrastructure by pairing their business with Microsoft Services Premier Support. With the dedicated support teams you provide continuous hands-on assistance and immediate escalation for urgent issues, which speeds resolution and helps Clients keep their mission-critical systems up and running. You evaluate Client’s IT health and provide the training or tools that Client teams need to “get healthy and stay healthy.” By connecting Clients with the right subject matter engineers who can solve their issues right away and by understanding your Client’s business challenges, you provide unparalleled expertise, accelerated support, and strategic advice tailored to your Client’s unique IT environment.

As Account Manager you will:

•Be your clients’ trusted advisor and bring the best level of service and expertise

•Help your clients navigate the technical and process aspects of working with Microsoft support

•Develop and maintain account team relationships with each customer

•Manage and monitor support delivery on reactive incidents

•Agree with customer and maintain Support Delivery Plans that capture particular services portfolio for IT Health improvement

Technical Evangelist

The Technical Evangelist is responsible for creating relationships with top app publishers and service providers from large consumer-facing enterprise businesses to smaller successful consumer app developers and help accelerate their adoption of Microsoft platforms like Windows 10, Windows Phone 10 and Microsoft Azure by providing business guidance to marketing departments, business leaders, technical leaders and application developers, aligning customer business priorities to the benefits of growing market share or increasing consumer engagement through publishing an app.

 

Technology Solutions Professional

Dive deep into Microsoft technologies as a trusted advisor to our Account Managers. You’ll work with both business and technical decision-makers in a pre-sales and sales capacity. In this exciting role, you will be accountable for product win rates by proving the value of one or more products to our many customers and partners. Your ability to help nurture technical relationships with partners, product teams, solution specialists, Microsoft Consulting and others will be critical.

Qualifications:

•Within 12 months of graduation from full-time or part-time MBA studies

•English language & local language fluency for all roles

•Full unrestricted work authorization for your chosen location (Singapore excluded)

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, deal with ambiguity, make trade-off decisions, meet deadlines and drive for results.

•Ability to impact and influence customers with a high degree of autonomy, energy, flexibility and the drive to create real and measurable business results.

The Internship in South East Asia is a 8-12 week development program custom designed for our newest university or school hires in various professions, including, Marketing, Sales, Services, Technical and Operations.

The Intern program enables you to start strong, build your networks and drive your long-term career at Microsoft. This might include being considered for one of our Graduate roles as a part of our global MACH (Microsoft Academy of College Hires) program.
