– Take initiative in account management tasks, which include meeting up with clients, taking briefs, brainstorming, conducting research about brands and consumers, etc.
– Monitor work progress and keep in touch with clients during all stages (briefing, proposing, contracting, production, campaign management);
– Highly organized and responsible for delivering deadlines, status reports and internal reviews;
– Predict problems that may arise and prepare solutions;
– Assist in challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
– Assist Account Manager in daily account management tasks;
– Build and maintain client relationships;
– Complete weekly reports.

– Proven at least 1-2 years experience as an Account Executive in advertising or communication agencies;
– Ability to work under high pressure;
– Good time and task management skills;
