1. Job Description:

The Accounting Team is responsible for a full cycle of accounting, handles bookkeeping services of day-to-day transactions, provides accurate & timely financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and current regulations while coordinating with other functions to operate expenditures, revenues and disbursement.

We are looking for an Accounting Intern to support us with the responsibilities as follows:

• Be responsible for filing accounting documents: Collect and arrange accounting documents (both soft and hard copy) following Tax-Accounting standards and the company system on daily basis.
• Handle AP function:
  • Assist AP accountant in reviewing, checking, and preparing payments;
  • Liaise with other related departments to provide them instructions in fulfilling supporting documents for payments.

2. Requirements:

Must-have

• At least 4-year student major in Finance & Accounting
• Must be able to understand basic accounting treatments and filing systems.
• Proficient in Excel skills
• Being detail-oriented, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience in accounting assistance is highly preferred
• Able to use English efficiently (both verbal and written) is a big plus
