Job Description

• Mobile Game Level Design
  • Mobile game level designers create the individual levels (stages/maps) of games – missions, puzzle blocks, items or environments – that give a fun and exciting experience for players.
  • Currently, we focused on match-3 game levels (such as Candy Crush Friends or Royal Match)
  • You will create levels for match-3 games using our in-house level design tools

Required

• love to play games
• graphic design majors or have graphic design skills and sense
• basic communication level of English

Preferred

• Gameplay Experience: played match-3 games (like Candy Crush Friends, Royal Match, Anypang, etc.) for more than 300 rounds)
• Adobe design tools

Working Conditions

• Work Period
  • 3 months, from July to September, 2025
• Work time
  • 5 days/week, 40 hours

Recruitment Process

• Step 1: CV Review > Step 2: Interview > Step 3: Training & Test
  • Step 1: CV Review
    • We will internally select applicants who meet the above Required.
  • Step 2: Interview
    • Those who pass the CV review will be contacted individually for interview date & time.
  • Training & Test: who passed the interview
    • Those who pass the Interview will be get training and test.
    • 1 week of training and the test in the next week
• After passing the all 3 steps, and you will work as a level design intern.
• Disqualification Criteria: Lack of sincerity, poor work attitude, or failure in the Test

Compensation

• VND 5M/month
• After the internship, Full-time employment based on performance can be considered.

Level design in mobile games goes beyond map-making — it’s about designing fun and player experience.
