Intern, Greeter (Branch District 3): 1 role

Main tasks:

+ Support BA daily to assist Sales Team.
+ Do telesale with composed call script.

 

Intern, MIS & Ops Support: 1 role

Main tasks:

+ Share point site maintenance/ Data input.
+ Department tasks.

 

Intern Call Centre: 8 roles – Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Main tasks:

+ Contacting customer for introducing new products and services.
+ Dealing with customers’ complains and service problems.
+ Supporting customers.

 

Intern Client Enablement: 1 role

Main tasks:

+ Supporting the boarding team in daily tasks.
+ Filling in documents.
+ Processing simple tasks for corporate customers.

 

Intern, Sales Admin Assistant – (Branch Gilimex): 1 role

Main tasks:

+ Coordinating telesales & direct sales agents on-boarding process;
+ Updating candidate database;
+ Handling agent recruitment related tasks.

 

Intern, Consumer Finance: 1 role

Main tasks:

+ Market research on card and personal loan
+ Update database
+ Admin work and other daily tasks.

 

Intern, Credit Assessment: 2 roles

Main Tasks:

+Collecting and inputting the customers’ database
+Checking customers’ information based on some policy criteria at ANZ
+Performing standard check, e.g. CIC search and other webpage search
+Supporting other admin task

 

Intern, Recruitment: 1 role

Main Tasks:

+Provide a variety of support services to recruitment team.
+Aid the recruitment team in finding qualified candidates for BDM position.
+Contact prospective candidates before sending them on interviews.
+The duties range from general administrative work to more specific recruitment activities.

 

– Requirement:

+ Being enthusiastic and keen on learning.
+ Being hard-working and careful.
+ Good keyboard & PC skills, especially Excel.
+ Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure.
+ Sound clerical and numerical skills.
+ Good communicating skill in both English and Vietnamese.

 

Duration: 3 months – No allowance.
