Qualifications and requirements:

– Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design

– Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

– Ability to carry out design and documentation

– Ability to use PC, CAD and REVIT (intermediate to expert)

– Good written and spoken English

Job Description

– Prepare a list of documents to form the design documentation and working drawings package

– Review and summarize all statutory requirements in regards to local authority submissions

– Collect briefing requirements and details of the project brief from the client

– Coordinate with the technician team to prepare construction documentation for architectural details and specifications

– Prepare sketch designs including perspectives, material selections etc.

– Prepare sketch designs, details and materials for technician team and 3D

– Research design materials and design concepts from sources such as magazine, dwp design database, websites, brochure and previous dwp projects

– Participate in internal design reviews of design concepts

– Conduct design review and evaluation with the design team
