Other information:

–       Non-paid part-time internship (03 months)

–       Working-hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM
  • Saturday: 9AM – 12PM
  • 20 hours/week (Flexible time frame for intern but need to be present at the company every working day during the week)

–       Office locates in District 7, Hochiminh City.

Benefits:

–       Transportation supporting fee is 250,000VND/month/intern.

1. Postion: Researcher

Number of vacancies: 01

This postion is suitable for background in:

– Business administration.

– Foreign Trading.

– English.

– Marketing.

Main duties:

– Research the market and business situational background of partners depending on different projects as directed by CEO or Operations Manager.

– Collect database of potential suppliers and clients.

Required skills:

– Basic business communication (verbal and written communication)

– Sufficient use of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

– Critical thinking.

– Organized.

– Teamwork.

– Ability to keep up with deadlines.

– Ability to fulfill KPI sufficiently.

– Ability to handle stress.

– Efficient English usage.

2. Postion: PR Specialist

Number of vacancies: 01

This postion is suitable for background in:

– Graphic Design.

– Marketing.

– Communications.

– Public Relations.

– Business Administration.

– Advertising.

– Information Technology (with a passion for Marketing and understanding for visual arts)

Main duties:

– Maintain social channels of PCG Vietnam (Website, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn)

– E-mail marketing to potential clients and customers.

– In charge of monitoring media (filming, editing videos, photos) for project “Start-up Culture” (a project aims at educating youths about the work environment and dynamics of start-ups)

Required skills:

– Basic business communication (verbal and written communication)

– Familiar with networking.

– Sufficient use of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

– Must be familiar with using Photoshop, AI, Corel Studio/Adobe Premiere/After Effects for designing.

– Ability to make videos and filming is a must.

– Critical thinking.

– Teamwork.

– Organized.

– Ability to keep up with deadlines.

– Ability to fulfill KPI sufficiently.

– Ability to handle stress.

– Efficient English usage.

– Familiar with social media channels required in main duties.

– Familiar with Web 2.0 administration.

3. Postion: External Relation Executive

Main duties:

– Research potential partners for providing training venues.

– Research the demands of the market in business soft-skill trainings.

– Prepare materials required for trainings.

– Research the curriculum appropriate as conducted by superiors to build training programs.

– Organize regular workshops on soft-skill topics.

– Maintain Facebook Page “Linking Youths”.

Required skills:

– Basic business communication (verbal and written communication)
