Customer Service Representative Intern

Job Description

  • Perform and monitor the vendor’s Booking/ Documents in daily work upon the assignment from Customer service Supervisor/Team Leader, ensure smooth and consistent operations of service required by Customers
  • Execute and adhere to customer service requirements from LPs/FAPs.
  • Achieve excellence service through internal/external KPIs
  • Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Customer Service Team Lead / Supervisor when there is potential cost impact.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably majoring in Economic, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain / Logistics or related majors.
  • Knowledge in foreign trade, logistics management and other supply chain-related services.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
