Recruiting objectives :

GetJobDone is a company of managed crowdsourcing for marketing. Our clients are Japanese and Vietnamese client who is locating in Vietnam and target market is Vietnam. We are providing solution of general digital marketing (Mostly Facebook Marketing) for them. Our speciality is using crowd resource for most of the position like designer. Since clients’ demand grows, we have decided to recruit planner as our full time internship to make our business and service more sustainable and stable.

What you will do

1. Marketing

Plan and execute marketing activities

– Making proposal

– Contents Planning

– Contents writing

– Ad running

– Design managing designer

– Making monthly report

Collect and share good case study to team members

2. Sales

Get new accounts

– Research and list down potential client

– Contact to them by email, phone call

– Attend the meeting and get their requirement together with CEO first time

– To find out and assign best team member (Under CEO’s support)

– Make quotation and marketing plan together with team member and get approval from client (Under CEO’s support)

– Follow each project’s progress both Team and Clients monthly

Skill and experience required

Bachelor Degree or above. Marketing major is be a plus

Having social media marketing planning and execution experience is a plus

Good at number and having analytical mind and skills

Having enthusiasm to contribute SME business

Having goodsense of contents and design.

Fluent in English

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Result driven. Can-do attitude. Independent. Having a strong passion in marketing field

Salary system :

Basic Salary : 2 million VND per months plus incentive

Plus 1.1 million VND per account per month if you open new accounts for Facebook Management Service more than 3 in the internship period (New account means, you are the person in charge as a project manager and handle everything)
