Description

1. Teaching assistants (TAs)

– Full-time attendance to assigned class during the project.

– Proactive preparation for classes and activities.

– Active involvement in and attentive care for children in assigned class.

– Support for foreign teachers in teaching plans and lesson preparation.

– Further help when need be.

2. Marketing communications assistant

– Managing EPVS online media accounts (Facebook, websites, forums, and emails.)

– Using online and offline medial tools to promote and maintain EPVS reputation.

– Managing press relations.

– Utilizing marketing communications tools so as to achieve EPVS marketing objectives (EPVS image, reputation)

– Further help when need be.

3. Graphic designer

– Creative work for EPVS promotion materials for print and online media.

– Active involvement in project preparation.

– Further help when need be.

4. Technology assistant

– Preparation and care for technology devices before and during project.

– In charge of taking photo as material for marketing campaign before and during project.

– Active involvement in project preparation.

– Further help when need be.

Requirements

1. Teaching assistants (TAs)

– Proficient level of English, especially speaking.

– Passion for charitable and social work.

– Ability to work individually and in teams.

– Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

– Experience and enthusiasm in working with children are a bonus.

2. Marketing communications assistant

– Professional oral and written skills (in English and in Vietnamese).

– Experience with marketing communications tools.

– Passion for charitable and social work.

– Ability to work individually and in teams.

– Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

– Experience with press relations and marketing related work is a bonus.

3. Graphic designer

– Sufficient and frequent usage of common design soft-wares i.e. Photoshop, CorelDraw.

– Creativity.

– Passion for charitable and social work.

– Ability to work individually and in teams.

– Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

4. Technology assistant

– Sufficient knowledge and frequent usage of common technological devices such as projector, computers, audio and sound devices.

– Passion for charitable and social work.

– Ability to work individually and in teams.

– Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
