Job Description:Internship position

Place: HCMC Office

Effective: December 2013

Title: There are currently 2 internship positions available at EuroCham:

– EuroChamMarketing & Communications (M&C) Intern

– EuroChamSector Committee (SC) Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Communications (M&C) Intern will work directly with M&C team and

coordinate with general EuroChamstaff, to undertake the following tasks:

o Marketing: handle advertising booking dealing with customers, support in event

logistics and design of materials (including presentations and posters).

o Communications: on-going website management

o Other ad-hoc task: assisting the Advocacy & Communications Director in daily

tasks

2. Sector Committees (SC) Intern will work directly with SC team coordinate with general EuroCham staff, to undertake the following tasks:

o Event/ activities: collaborate with other functions to conduct online promotion, receive registrations, consolidate presentations, etc.

o Website: updatewith Sector Committee news and legislative updates

o Government correspondence, i.e. translation and sending out of letters/ documents

o Admin support: support the SC team with administrative tasks of various nature

Qualifications and skills:

 Relevant undergraduate degree requried;

 Excellent command of spoken and written English;

 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;

 Organisational, communication, social, and presentation skills;

 Motivated and able to deliver on short notice;

 Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point;

 Design expertise (a plus)

Working regime and benefits:

 3-month (extendable)paid internship, starting December 2013;

 40 hours/ week;
