Key Accountabilities:

–      Ensure production performance is maintained well and in control, following company target and division standard

–      Controlling and monitoring the production process and the product quality in process.

–      Finding out root causes of quality issues, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improving the production process.

–      Ensuring products are produced as scheduled and meet product quality requirements.

–      Giving production and quality reports to superior.

–      Responsible of the whole quality and production control process.

–      Manage and follow up the technical to improve both product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

–      Bachelor Degree with major in Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic or Industrial management.

–      Fluent in English (Written and oral)

–      Good health, carefulness, open-minded

–      Years of experience: not required

–       Knowledge in Windows Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
