Experience in office administration/ accounting/ support manager in daily task.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Prepare the order payment and submit to accountant for payment
Process document for making work permit for foreigners
Process document for making resident card for foreigners
Process document for making visa for foreigners
Support other teams for their operation and other tasks assigned
Assists with recruitment and interview process
Assists with training process
