Job Description

• Support to prepare Logistic

–          Training courses: booking & arrange room, prepare equipment, check attendance list, score the test, adjust music/light, filming during training time

• Support to prepare Material

–          Translate training material

–          Slide training, Hand-out, Workbook

–          Exercises, Tests, Reports, Evaluation

• Support to collect Evaluation Result

–          Gather forms, key data, make a final report

• Support for training Management Trainee Program Binh Tan Store

–          Follow up progress of contracts

–          Prepare stationery, material

–          Make kind of request forms: Proposal, Request for payment,

–          Follow up hotel for Hanoi staffs on job training

• Support other activities of HR department.

Other information:

–          Working hour: 8:30 – 17:30  from Mon – Fri (Full time)

–          Duration: 2 months

–          Location: Aeon Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Address: 30 Bờ Bao Tân Thắng Street, Sơn Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, HCMC.

Requirements

–          Last-year student of the majors: Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related majors.

–          A strong desire to work in HR.

–          Good communication & teamwork skills.

–          English fluency & good computer skills

–          Hardworking & responsible

–          Keen on detail, careful and willing to learn.
