Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on identifying top talent, creating an engaging candidate experience and providing exceptional customer service

• Create a positive, end-to-end candidate experience from application to onboarding to include supporting the components involved in full lifecycle recruiting

• Source candidates to fill open positions, including attending career fairs and other general recruiting efforts

• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to develop target lists of sources including companies, networks, associations, etc. to generate ideas and share information that creates more effective sourcing processes

• Maintain accuracy of the candidate database for reporting. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruiting activities

• Post job descriptions on career site, job boards, universities, alumni, social media and professional associations

Requirements:

• Actively pursuing BA, BS or MS in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment

• Solid communication and problem solving skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Administrative, organization, customer services and project management skills

• Highly motivated and self-directed with strong time management skills

• Experience with Social Media, Branding and Outreach preferred
