About us

XL:UX is a fashion brand catered specially for Western-sized women, women after birth or those with curvy figures that cannot find nice outfits that fit their body. The mission is to empower women to be what they can be, to love themselves and appreciate their body, instead of being intimidated by the skinny model image featured by the mass media.

The founder of XL:UX is also a lady who devotes to fighting for women rights and she wants to empower young ladies to be themselves and love themselves no matter what.

 

About the Program

The program will start with 3-6 month Internship which will expose the intern with all of marketing aspects: Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Website management etc.), Offline Marketing, PR, Customer Service etc. After that, the selected Intern who is a good performer will move on to Management Trainee Program that focuses on training advanced Marketing Strategy and Management skills. A Management Trainee could have 1-2 days working from home.

An ideal Marketing Intern/Management Trainee should have the following qualities:

–        Female final-year Marketing student who loves fashion, especially large-size fashion.

–        Being fluent in English is a must, since she needs to write English articles and talk with English speakers.

–        Being excellent in researching and writing Vietnamese articles (for SEO purposes)

–        Knowing Graphic Designs, have a good taste and familiar with a design software (or PowerPoint) (not a must)
