A. Responsibilities

1. Assisting with Audits:
   • Participate in IT audits, which may include network security, system operations, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
   • Help identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in IT systems.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Document findings and assist in preparing reports to present to senior auditors or management.
   • Maintain detailed records of audit processes and outcomes.
3. Control Testing:
   • Perform testing of IT controls to ensure they are functioning as intended.
   • Assist in developing and executing audit test plans.
4. Data Analysis:
   • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of concern.
   • Use various tools and techniques to gather and evaluate data.
5. Compliance Monitoring:
   • Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
   • Help in the evaluation of adherence to standards such as ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR

B. Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and databases.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with audit tools and software.
  • Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and IT governance frameworks.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
