Job Description

  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates
  • Managing the process through interview to offer stage
  • Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression
  • Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships (optional)
  • Other related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.


  • 4th-year students or fresh graduates
  • Strong communication skills, confident and good at English
  • A good listener, who cares about people
  • A willingness and enthusiasm to work hard to achieve your goals
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Results and target oriented
  • Understanding of the IT industry is a plus
  • Working experience of headhunting/recruiting or business development is a plus
