Job Description

• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
• Install and configure computer systems
• Diagnose hardware and software faults
• Solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
• Provide assistance to users of technology products such as mobile phones, televisions, computers, software products or other electronic or mechanical goods.
