SALES EXECUTIVE – 4 Positions
Working Location: Nguyen Van Thu, DaKao Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC, Vietnam
DUTIES
– Generate and follow up sales leads, visiting potential and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable profit
– Develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients
– Undertake presentations, produce and present tenders and proposals for new business and provide quotations as required
– Build relationships with overseas agents, supporting sales visits to and from them, offering professional advice and providing them with sales leads in order to generate business
– Monitor and report on current developments in the market and information on competitors
– Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
– Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts
– Achieve monthly/ annual sales targets
– Prepare/ submit all required reports in an accurate and timely manner
– Perform all other duties as assigned and requested by Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS
– At least 1 to 2 years’ experience
– Knowledge of International & Domestics Logistics; Freight Forwarding; NVOCC; Shipping
– Creative and proactive approach towards challenges
– Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
– Self-starter with a good business sense
– Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
– Good command of English and MS. Office
BENEFITS
– Salary between USD300 – USD500 gross per month
– Working hours: Mon – Fri from 8.00am to 5.30pm
2 Sat per month form 8.00am to 12.00pm
