• Provide assistance in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients and partners, particularly during special occasions.
• Search for and connect with potential sponsors, vendors, and supporting partners for company events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall success of events by actively participating in planning meetings and offering creative ideas.
• Assist the Marketing Team in content creation and executing advertising campaigns for targeted programs.
• Support other related works.

3. Job requirements

• Experience in event management, partnership management and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good at communicating and presenting in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good at time management and task management.
• Good at designing skills is an advantage.
• Energetic, proactive, honest, and willing to take initiative in your work.
