ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers selected high potential candidates to join our intensive two-year program. The associates will be offered a wide range of opportunities:
• Rotations in 2-4 divisions in Operations and/or Supply Chain, Commercial or Finance.
• Involved in projects and assignments which are of high impact to current business needs
• Learning functional and technical aspects of our business, including Avery Dennison Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) and Kaizen projects
• Developing your leadership skills
• Reporting directly to the site or functional manager

EDUCATION:
GOLD: Fresh graduate (Bachelor/ Master degree) in
manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related
discipline
CLDP: Fresh graduate (Bachelor/ Master degree) degree in
business, marketing, commerce or related discipline
FLDP: Fresh graduate (Bachelor/ Master degree) degree in
finance, accounting or related discipline
GPA above 7.0/10.0
