Working place: Bach Dang Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City

Responsibilities:

–  Conduct market research in certain areas – by sector, business types eg SOEs , competitors, clients, or specific topic as request ;

– Read, screen, and summarize key points from various sources internally or/and externally and provide briefings to the supervisor ;

– Maintain and update reports (Excel spreadsheets) including data management, data checking, formatting, and etc.

– Create and update client contacts into IBS system ;

– Assist supervisor or other colleagues with information gathering, work coordinating, documents and/or materials handling as assigned.

Requirements:

– College or Bachelor Degree holder. Undergraduates are welcomed;

– A good listener, follow the instructions well;

– Highly detailed focus, esp dealing with data and numbers;

– Capable of multitasking and delivering in fast-paced work environment;

– Aptitude and willingness to learn new skills and information;

– Fluent in English is a must; Good written and verbal communication skills;

– Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
