Job Description

1.      Assisting Marketing team in general administration including:

·         Document preparation, correspondence, photocopying and other office duties

·         Arranging meetings and minute taking and translation

·         Travel Arrangements

2.      In charge of Purchasing process:

·         Searching supplier sources

·         Getting quotations

·         Do cost comparisons, LPR, contracts

·         Follow up production process to make sure suppliers deliver all printing materials on time in each project

3.      Contact Distributors for event information related to marketing events & campaigns

4.      Translating printed materials, arrange booking venues, hotel, foods for events when necessary.

5.      Other assignment from direct upline


Job Requirement

  1. Education: Fresh graduate with B.A in Business & Administration University
  2. Good English reading, writing and verbal skills.
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Work & time management skills
  5. Good computer skills
