• Administration tasks
– Completing paper work, perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: checking bills, expense reports, contracts, official letters, etc and getting signatures from managers; maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
– Make travel arrangements and expense report for Local division manager. Arrange accommodations for expats from overseas to visit
– Coordinate to organise office activity, voluntary community activity: find supplier, allocate room/transportation, work with Tour agency bring connected team-building
– Other duties as assigned
• Marketing tasks:
– Assist in the planning and coordination in organizing seminars, exhibitions (including hotel, gifts, invitation, etc). Liaise with the vendors on Logistics matters involved in the actual event (Assist in ushering and registration).
– Keep tracks of expense for marketing activities.
– Translating and writing PR articles for internal and external magazines and websites. Translating brochures. Checking and designing marketing materials.
– Preparing presentations, reports
