Marketing & Operation Management Trainee _ German Intern 6802 views

Manage customer relationships and conduct quality follow up calls with our clients

Support our marketing and operation managers in Indochina with assigned tasks and projects

Coordination with the Hanoi marketing team for all marketing related matters (website, factsheets, B2B content, supporting documents)

Produce factsheets of new hotels, restaurants, products and other services for our B2B website

Translate existing programs and write new programs in cooperation with the product manager

Help to select and evaluate guides on spot

Manage social media for our website (facebook, twitter, linkedin, xing)

Update website and content

Other tasks might be required as per instructions from the management

Requirement:

Student of tourism management or any related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

You speak English and German fluently.

You are naturally curious, take your tasks seriously and can work independently and in a team at the same time
