Position Title: Intern – Ocean/ Air/ Import/ Customs Brokerage Department

Time Frame : as soon as possible

Internship time: At least 2 months

Hours : Full time, from Monday to Friday ( 8:00 am to 17:30 pm); alternative Saturday morning ( 09:00am to 12 pm)

Location: 3rd Floor, Harec Building, 4A Lang Ha, Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

Compensation: This position does not include salary or monetary benefits. However, the interns will be trained in the global professional working environment

Scope of Position:

Expeditors offers internships to qualifying students. Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to learn about the world of global logistics and international trade. Our goal is to offer real world business opportunities to students who are interested in international business.

Internships at our HAN Branch involve many different departments at Expeditors. We now have openings in many departments with the main duties as below:

1.Input data into system
2.Analyze of database requirements
3.Analyze of job activities and duties
4.Make Forwarder’s Cargo Receipt (FCR) (follows shipper’s Shipper Instruction to make FCR).
5.Prepare set of Delivery Order (DO) for Import Team
6.Prepare Air Way Bill ( for Air Export Team)
7.Document sending into E.doc / Document Filling to E.doc
8.Other tasks might be assigned by Supervisor upon their need.
9.Clerical or administrative duties
10.Get on-hand experience from practical training.
