Job description

• Be the owner of the large Saltmine catalog of furniture products & finishes.
• Organize and manage the Saltmine back office categorisation trees.
• Create syntax and standards that meet various different formats of products – whether they are generic or branded products.
• Maintain an up to date library of products & finishes across different clients & categories
• Define labels, descriptions and other properties in a manner that is consistent and readable
• Upload, refine, delete items on a daily basis to keep the catalog fresh and updated
• Review and archive unused objects & catalogs
• Manage access & permissions across the team

Job requirements

• Ideally 6 months of experience working in a data entry/data management role
• Comfortable working with large data sets, tables & records
• Must have proficiency in excel
• Excellent written English skills & good spoken English skills
• Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks  by urgency / impact
• High attention to detail & extremely organized
• Strong logical & data analytics skills
