We are looking for an assistant for the CEO’s office, performing administrative duties for our CEO and Executive Management team along with overall office management. The position provides an excellent perspective to develop to a full time Managerial position, organically growing together with the firm within 6 months’ time.

Skills:

Communication Skills: You will be collaborating with co-workers, management, and in some cases customers. You will need to be able to listen and communicate effectively.

Attention to Detail: You will need to have excellent attention to detail to ensure all details are correct in the tasks you perform.

Leadership Skills: You will need to motivate others, and resolve conflicts on a regular basis.

Analytical Skills: You will be required to find inefficiencies as part of your day-to-day job.
