1. Postion: External Relation Specialist (project KEN’S TALKSHARE)

This postion is suitable for background in:

– Business Administration.

– Marketing.

Main duties:

– Make proposals for different potential sponsors for project KEN’S TALKSHARE XIV.

– Research potential sponsors for the show.

– Establish relationships and deal with sponsors as directed.

– Establish relationships with potential professional audiences (customers who are currently working, not students).

– Maintain communication with media, press, guest speakers.

Required skills:

– Basic business communication (verbal and written communication)

– Familiar with networking.

– Sufficient use of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

– Critical thinking.

– Teamwork.

– Organized.

– Ability to keep up with deadlines.

– Ability to fulfill KPI sufficiently.

– Ability to handle stress.

2. Postion: Content Creator (project KEN’S TALKSHARE)

Number of vacancies: 01

This postion is suitable for background in:

– Communications

– Publishing.

– Journalism.

– Public Relations.

– Marketing.

Main duties:

– Create content for online communication on social media channels of KEN’S TALKSHARE.

– Create main content for KEN’S TALKSHARE XIV.

– Create script and screenplay for the show.

Required skills:

– Basic business communication (verbal and written communication)

– Familiar with writing screenplay.

– Sufficient use of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

– Familiar with using Photoshop, Corel is a bonus.

– Critical thinking.

– Teamwork.

– Organized.

– Creative.

– Ability to keep up with deadlines.

– Ability to fulfill KPI sufficiently.

– Ability to handle stress.

Other information:

– Non-paid part-time internship (03 months)

– Working-hours:

o Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM

o Saturday: 9AM – 12PM

o 20 hours/week required for intern (Flexible time)

– Intern will organize work hours based on the time frame of Project Team KEN’S TALKSHARE.

– Office locates in District 7, Hochiminh City.
