  • Warmly and professionally welcome all clients and callers.
  • Manage a designated Australian office phone line, along with emails and front desk operations.
  • Organize client contracts and various documents for each client.
  • Assist with quotations, invoices, and accounts payable.
  • Handle emails and manage printing/filing as needed.

  • High proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a strong desire to help others.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and takes pride in presentation and processes.
  • A team player who remains calm and professional under pressure.
  • Positive, cheerful, and resourceful—even on challenging days.
