• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities within JT1’s client network.
• Assist in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of IT talent.
• Support the recruitment team in candidate engagement and management.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client staffing needs and ensure a good fit between candidates and job requirements.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market conditions.

Working Conditions:
