Job Overview

We are looking for a suitable Recruitment Intern. During your internship, you will support a team of recruiters lead by a foreigner :

Your tasks and responsibilities are:

– communicating with head of the departments about their needs

– making a job description together with the head of the departments

– promoting our vacancies through different channels

– searching for CV’s

– pre-selecting CV’s

– having telephone interviews

– having face to face interviews

– reporting to recruitment supervisor about recruitment status

– input employee database

-support for health medical check up

– other tasks assigned by supervisor

There is a possibility to have a career to an HR Business Partner if your performance is excellent.

For this position we are looking candidates with the following requirements:

– Last year student Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration or any relevant diploma

– Fluent Vietnamese and English communication skills (spoken and written)

– Willingness to learn

– Quality orientation / Attention to details

– Self motivation and ability to motivate others

– Customer service oriented

– Confidentiality within HR department

– Initiative
