- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
- Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the Solutions/Presales Consultants
- Working closely with the Consulting team to follow up the payment schedule in the signed contract.
- Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage and keep track status and information of suspect, prospect and customer.
- Understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Diploma of Business Information System/ Foreign Trade University / Economic University
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- Good leadership skill is required
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent presentation skills with heavy experience utilizing PowerPoint and other Presentation software; experienced in presenting to large and/or senior-level audiences.
- Self-motivating, self-directed, and plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and opportunity analysis.
