RESPONSIBILITIES

– To assist Project Manager during the business review workshops in the context of ERP implementation

– Take notes during the workshops meeting

– Prepare minute of meeting, summary of the workshops

– Draft flowchart reviewed in the workshops for presentation, validation and archiving purpose

– Help to arrange the workshops (print material, …)

– More typist role

REQUIREMENT

– Computer science Engineer or with a knack to flow charts and process management

– Good level in English is a MUST (and mostly written English)

– Knowledge of VISIO or similar software would be good (but I am sure we can do another way otherwise)

– Summarisation capabilities and Thorough
