Job Overview

Working days: 5 days/ week (Monday – Friday), 3 months

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Supply Chain Manager in receiving, checking and unloading good delivered from central warehouse to small warehouse in downtown.
  • Unpack the stock in big case into the small packs and deliver to stores.
  • Receive the Order Request from DQ stores and make the Purchase Order to suppliers.
  • Manage the Inventory report and coordinate with Finance dept. for reconciling monthly Inventory.
  • Monthly Stock take upon request
  • Support the implementation and other delegated tasks on SCM Manager’s instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a third year or last year student majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics or Inventory accountant
  • Be responsible, careful, detail oriented and hard working
  • Have computer skills
