Position Title: Marketing Assistant-Korean speaking

Responsibilities:

– Work with the Marketing team to brainstorm and conduct university campaigns and/or program campaigns targeting prospective students (including both traditional and digital channels) in both Vietnamese and Korean

– Make daily and monthly reports as requested

– Assist with the marketing collateral development (such as flyer, brochure, invitation, etc.) in both English and Vietnamese (English is not a must but preferred)

– Design and write the content for RMIT Facebook Fanpage to engage prospective students and parents to the University (in Vietnamese)

– Assist the management of RMIT Facebook Fanpage

– Coordinate volunteers and assist sales events in Hanoi and/or some other provinces in Northern Vietnam when requested

– Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa

– Support the administration tasks of the department including room bookings for meetings, contract drafting, PR/PV preparation

– Implement other duties as directed by Marketing Manager

Required Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and Vietnamese; ability to communicate in English is an advantage

-Demonstrated interest and experience in marketing activities, especially digital marketing and content marketing

-Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, web searches; ability in using Photoshop/Movie maker is an advantage

-Well-organized and detail-oriented

Monthly Allowance: 3.000.000 VND (net)
