1/ Position: 
HR Intern

2/ Key Accountabilities:

  • Support data migration from the HR current systems (HRMM, iHRP, etc.) into the new one (SuccessFactor)
  • Support Payroll data integration between SuccessFacror and the iHRP
  • Perform data extraction, clean-up and cross checking for data completion and accuracy
  • Support employee movement (JML) data update during the transition from the current to the new systems
  • Other admin tasks as assigned

3/ Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, able to work with data effectively
  • Strong Excel command
  • Accounting/IT background is preferable
