a. Responsibilities:

– Be responsible in tickets selling and revenue growing of Ticket Box Dept.

– Maintain customer service in the Ticket Box Office by providing accurate information and helpful recommendations for customers

– Solve customer’s problems timely and efficiently

– Ensure all operations of Ticket Box are always in ready conditions to serve customers and maximize branding of shows which are owned by Company

– Daily submit sales revenue report or upon requested

b. Requirements:

– Students/ College/ University in related majors: Hospitality Management/ Tourism/ Languages…

– Good & wide general knowledge

– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in speaking & writing in English or other foreign languages

– Experience on problems solving skills

– Accuracy and attention to detail

– Having good health and being able to work under the pressure

– Having friendly and professional attitude

– Ability to work in weekend and Tet/ Public Holidays
