– Update bank information of staff and suppliers
– Liaise with bank on all banking matters
– Set up bank transfer
– Follow up AR/AP
– Bookkeeping and follow up accounts
– Filling
– Assist while auditing
– Prepare VAT, PIT and temporarily calculated CIT reports
– Work with Taxes officer whenever if necessary
– Issue invoices
– Chase debts
– Assist in Chief Accountant in preparing financial statements, cash flow, cost center reports, and other reports that are financial in nature and analysis.
– Other duties as required from time to time by the Chief Accountant.
