What is LEAP?

LEAP is a LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS ACCELERATION PROGRAM, exclusively initiated for a group of agile Management Trainees, who are believed to be fast tracked into Prudential’s Future Leader roles.

Why taking the LEAP?

This program is considered as a spring-board for young talents to take a leap to success by providing two phases of development: Rotation and Assignment in 18 months and 12 months respectively. During these 30 months, Management Trainees will be equipped with a CLEAR acceleration roadmap, EXTRAORDINARY opportunities of learning and development, COMPETITIVE remuneration package and STRONG support from Top Leadership Team, in order to bring out the best talent in them.

What should you have to join LEAP?

– Graduates with maximum 01 year of working experience, or final year students with GPA of at least 7.0/10 or 2.5/4

– Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities and/or working experience

– Possess a high level of mobility and agility

What should you expect for the selection process?

– Application Round: from Dec to 15 Mar 2016

– Aptitude Test: March – April 2016

– Phone Interview & Initial Interview: April to May 2016

– Assessment Center: May 2016

– Offering: May 2016

–  Onboarding: July 2016
