ESQUEL Management Trainee Program 2014 is designed to meet the needs of a multi-national and fast moving garment company and is looking to creating a competitive advantage for the company. Participants on this program will get a first-hand experience of the whole garment manufacturing processes through job rotations. Furthermore, the knowledge and exposure so gained by the participants will enable them to establish their careers to be leaders of the company in the future.

The Program

A unique and structural management trainee program for development of talents and future Managers / leaders in various functional areas. This year, we are looking for the Talents in

1. Production Management

2. Finance and Accounting Management

The Opportunities

– Intensive training and rotation opportunities (9 – 12 months) in factories around the world of the Group

– Business, professional and competency development opportunities through trainings, coaching and mentoring

– Continuous development opportunities

– Clear road map to achieve managerial positions in 03 years of the program

– Deepen knowledge and gain practical experience through rotating in key functions of the factories domestically and internationally

The Candidates we are looking for:

– University graduates with below qualification:

Industry Engineering, Garment & Textile, Electronics, Automation, Mechanics, Chemicals engineering background is preferable for Production Management Trainee.

Finance and Accounting for Finance Management Trainee.

– Interested in the Garment and Textile industry, versatile and committed

– Ethical, creative, passionate with a positive mindset

– Strong presentation, leadership and analytical skills

– Dare to challenge the status quo and bring in innovations

– Must be a Creative and Out-of-the Box Thinker and Change Maker

– Non-traditional mindset is welcomed
