Job Description

1. As a Vietnam tailor-made specialist consultant, you will strive to provide the best service and advice possible to meet the travel customer’s needs

2. You will be creating tailor made itineraries throughout Indochina, which include booking hotels, cruises and make flight reservations

3. You must also be able to switch sell and cross sell travel products and be sales driven with a focus on attention to detail and possessing good communication skills

4. Ability to work well as part of a team- to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others as well as welcoming feedback, contributing to building team spirit, and be proud of the service you provide is essential

5. The travel consultant will be dealing with queries generated by both the phone and emails and will also liaise with suppliers and the skills required will be that you have previous travel consultant experience in creating travel itineraries and matching client’s requirements

6. Create a good relationship with customers & partners and well take care of them during their trip

7. Support all the events that EVIVA takes part in

8. Others

Requirements

1. Excellent English, especially writing and translation skills; other added language is preferred.

2. Good skills of office soft-wares (Word, Excel and others)

3. Precise, careful, punctual, responsible, independent and active characteristics

4. Good knowledge of destinations & travel services

5. Skills: sales, operation, team work, consulting, persuasion 6. Working experience is preferred.
