At present, Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board in Hanoi – C/O Embassy of Malaysia is recruiting 1 Intern as the following details:

Job Responsibilities

1. To service all consumer inquiries on tourism to Malaysia through walk -ins, telephone calls, letters, e-mails, faxes, telexes and to record such enquiries accordingly.
2. To assist in the updating of mailing list of agents and press.
3. To assist in the preparation of itineraries for Familiarization Trip to Malaysia.
4. To assist Marketing Manager in the implementation of promotional projects fairs, exhibitions, seminars etc.
6. To assist the Administrative Clerk with administrative / secretarial matters as and when required.
7. To undertake any other assignment as directed.

Job Requirements

Candidate for the position should preferably have:
– 4th Years Student or Graduation from in Marketing, Business or Tourism College/ University with Semesters Average Score is at least 6.8.
– Good written and oral communication skills in both English and local language.
– Mature, self-driven, possesses intellectual business skills.
– Computer literate
– Mobile and able to work independently with minimum supervision
– Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and presentation skills
– Working Hours and Days: Mon – Fri / 8.30 am – 5.30 pm with 1 hour lunch break
– Working Conditions and Employee Equipment: PC, Telephone, Printer…

– Internship Duration: 3 months (13 September  – 12 December 2015)
