Christina’s team members are given the opportunities, the assignments, experiences and coaching to become the successful young entrepreneurs who can contribute directly to make a positive impact to the hospitality & tourism industry of Vietnam and throughout the world. We’re expanding our operations and we are seeking for hosts, tour guides, designers, developers, and F&B managers. All backgrounds are welcome, we only require people with good hearts and a pair of hands willing to get dirty. Immediate opportunities in Hoi An and Saigon. Hanoi and Nha Trang later this year.

Christina’s internship program is designed for those who are interested in making a positive impact to the tourism industry in Vietnam. We look for people who are not only hardworking but also extremely passionate about sharing the Vietnamese culture to travelers from around the world. During the program, you will experience all different aspects of what it means to be a host. Since we focus heavily on training and development, you will have the opportunity to gain a multitude of skills that will serve you for the rest of your life.

Duration: 3 – 6 months

In order to succeed in this role, you should possess:

• High level of integrity
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and to work well with other team members
• English fluency (must be able to speak, read, and write)
• 3rd/4th year university student status

You will be responsible for:

• Handling daily tasks, which include preparing guest rooms, up-keeping our common spaces, and assisting guests with ad-hoc requests
• Managing and sourcing supplies and inventories
• Shadowing host’s responsibilities, such as responding to Airbnb messages, scheduling cleaning, check-in, check-out, and providing recommendations and selling tour activities.
• Providing ad-hoc research as required by the team
