• Support mandatory & compliance training delivered to all
employees on time and training records are well captured in L&D
System according to Corporate L&D standard
• Update mandatory training materials periodically

Training Processes & Standards Support
• Deliver and communicate one training practice/process across
sites
• Support to deliver training plans to support the current and future
business needs in line with Corporate OD & Training.
• Report on L&D training activities
• Deliver digital solutions to business needs
• Execute projects’ milestones in L&D scope

Requirements:
• Presentation skills
• Project Management skills
• English skills
• Communication skills, active listening and speaking with a clear message
• Willing to travel
• Having foundation knowledge in L&D is a plus
• Digital mindset/Tech savvy
