REPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for supporting Logistic Team in document administrative tasks. Main duties are included, but not limited to:

• Receiving mails and classifying documents before sending to clients, customers, accountants, and forwarders

• Preparing customers and venders’ code request

• Preparing Delivery Notice, Delivery Note, Goods Exit

Permit, Payment Request and Overdue Notice

• Checking bonds and Billing Group list.

• Supporting leader in reminding customers of due date

• Handling non-trading shipment and packing carton for exports

•Collecting signatures and stamps for relating documents

• Handing over goods and documents to customers

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates need to commit a minimum of 3-month-program.

Education: Senior students or fresh graduates holding degrees in International Business Administration/Commerce.

• Accumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4

Skills:

• Good analytical and conceptual skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English & computer literacy

• Passionate, fast learners with Can Do attitude

• Pay high attention to details and honest
